NETP is currently in the hands of short-sellers. . .however, I expect this to change again soon enough. . . I realize it is up about double where it was a few days ago. . .so once more, this is not for the average trader. . .just the most experienced. . .that know to set stop losses, etc.

But I am looking at NETP as a "long term swing trade" . . . as if there were a such thing. . . which means that I believe it will pop hard very soon on news and short-covering. . . but I am willing to wait for that to happen. . .and am more comfortable holding than not.

It is always best to sell the peaks and buy the dips on such swing trades as this. As far as a target, I generally don't make those. . . but I have already stated that I see $100 by April and that it would not be a surprise to me, if we saw $60 by the end of this week. Likewise, it wouldn't surprise me if we saw $19 by the end of this week. . . so it really depends on the company. . . they have been signing deals left and right, so my bet is that they will sign another deal, make another announcement and the short-covering rally will launch us skyward.

This is a very tricky type of trading . . . and not recommended for anyone that cannot afford to lose big.
