Richard, Agreed with your comment but I feel with the number of shares traded over the last year the base is higher than the old lows. The majority of people I listen to are in well above old lows. Myself I am averaged in at .25. Now I am not a trader because I do not have the time yet so I choose long term thinking. This is not to argue with you but to place my perspective from my an many other positions averaged in at well above .20. Thankyou for your perspective. Bill
