I would say nearly 90%.

Do you mean that for AOL's 21m members they might have 19m modems? That seems insanely high....how come people still have trouble logging on?

Of course you might mean 10-1, which would mean 2.1m modems. I'm hoping for the latter....for HDR's sake.
