JFD, It appears that MSFT is not going anywhere fast for a short while. The only scenario that could push it higher near term appears to be a settlement. Otherwise holding out for a win might not do the company much good in the near but will result in bigger gains later on.
I am still holding some shares but am not expecting much at least for a week. I might add a bit more next week after the selling phase is over.

Unlike past years, general market or tech declines don't move in sync with MSFT. Now market gains don't allow MSFT to move up.
Therefore, I am expecting some sort of announcement from MSFT that will boost the stock price but i will wait a bit longer.

It would seem odd for an announcement of a stock buy back coming from Microsoft but it appears likely.
