Do I really have to say it AGAIN !!!!!! Why not just FIX IT... HG, nobody is thrilled when QC isn't working right, but you might try considering for a moment what it must be like to be at the receiving end of your posts. I'm sure Gibbons et al are busting their butts to keep things working right. I'm sure that trying to keep piles of interconnected hardware that's spread across the country working perfectly is a tough task, especially when you don't have control over the reliability and quality of the feed. Gibbons shows a remarkable amount of patience, and there is one thing I can guarantee you: Yelling at him won't get the problems fixed any faster. Perhaps you could try another approach.
