TO ALL CONCERNED:

Thanks to my following a link provided by little Greystoned, a major controversy has arisen.

CHALLENGE AT CONCLUSION OF THIS POST

I do not know Adrian, but have read only good things about him ... mostly in his own publications or from members of the FBN slasher basher gang ... many of who I suspect to be nothing but paid assassins of stocks.

Adrian has apparently been a major player in exposing wrong doing and in the case of this stock, he included an "Investigative Report" on the company and its management at the time ... or at least some of them.

In part he wrote:

Mike Skillern, president of CYGS, was discovered to have been fined in connection with an investment scheme that saw his father, Bud Skillern, sentenced to a lengthy jail term in the early 1990s. (The younger Skillern, who successfully plea-bargained, testified that he had installed a command in a computer system to erase traces of a fraudulent annuity investment plan that his father created involving the insolvent American Teachers Life Insurance Co.)

I have taken exception to this. I find it to be FALSE and MALICIOUS, at best a sterling example of reckless journalism. (Note, I am including Mr. Plessis as a journalist rather than a paid pasher ... at least for now.)

When confronted with this statement, the entire FBN gang has descended upon the thread and is making a valiant attempt at damage control ... they are posting all sorts of superfluous information as they try to deflect attention from the MAJOR ERROR in the article little Greystoned pointed us at.

I WILL NOT ADDRESS ANYHTING EXCEPT A STRAIGHT ANSWER (A PROVEN DIFFICULTY FOR THE FBN'ERS) ... a simple documentable yes or no.

I think they are all too cowardly to accept this challenge ...

THE CHALLENGE:

IF IT IS DOCUMENTED THAT MIKE SKILLERN WAS CHARGED, INDICTED OR TRIED IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMPUTER EPISODE AT AMERICAN TEACHERS LIFE, I WILL APOLOGIZE TO THE THREAD AND FBN'ERS SPECIFICALLY AND WILL WITHDRAW FROM THIS THREAD, NEVER TO RETURN.

IF IT IS NOT DOCUMENTABLE THAT MIKE SKILLERN WAS CHARGED, INDICTED OR TRIED IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMPUTER EPISODE AT ATL, THE FBN GANG WILL ADMIT THAT THE ARTICLE IS NOT CORRECT AND WILL WITHDRAW FROM THIS (AND ANY OTHER CYGS) THREAD, NEVER TO RETURN.

NOW, WILL ANY OF YOU COWARDS ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE???
