I'm not quite sure what the duralube treatment is meant to do. You should see if it is capable of dissolving gum and varnish deposits. That's what you need. If you can find one that does that(or claims to) it won't hurt to put it in with the new fluid now as long as it doesn't overfill the fluid level. Give it a 100 miles or so.
