I wonder why they are only seeking to go to 250 million? It would allow only one split and would require additional future authorization for another split. Surely, they are more confident than that in the likelihood of the need for more than one split in the foreseeable future. Troy PS - Anyone who likes JBL will love SILI, my current favorite. (not really any relationship between the two other than growth, but the only way for me to keep it somewhat on topic <g>).
