Pat,
Here we are testing new lows as the markets try to rally back up.
We are going down every day despite what the market does, so
obviously there is a problem with AMTX stock. I trust you will be
calling Amati today. If no problem exists with Amati, the company,
could you ask why the company has not responded to the 50% drop
in share price over the past 6 weeks. Stock prices are not cut in
half for the heck of it, and I believe most investors of this
company want to hear a company response. If there is bad mouthing
coming from another company, it should be addressed, and the truth
should be publicly reiterrated. Also, at these price levels, I
fear that another company may come in and scoop up Amati in a
hostile takeover. Does Amati have any defenses or procedures to
prevent such a takeover ? I would appreciate if you could ask
these questions. Thanks.

Regards,

Dave
