I moved from Calgary to Vancouver 3 years ago and have noticed a significant increase in Big Rock expansion on the West Coast. Big Rock penitrated the market well even though Vancouver has strong local brewers (Granville Island/Whislter/etc.). I hope the expansion in Eastern Canada works well. It will probably take three years to make a really strong foothold in Eastern Canada if they survive the first two. The lighter Big Rock beers (Grasshopper/Warthog) due very well. You can even order a Grasshopper at the bottom of Whistler Mountain.
