They should have converted... they were stupid not too.

They didn't get their financial advice from you, did they? You blew this call completely... No conversions for at least two years, then the next day the series A converts completely (all 7500 shares), and ten days later they convert 1000 shares of series B.

And now today you assure us that they haven't and won't convert the remaining 3500 shares of series B.
