Curious rumor circulating (I took your advice and surfed Y! & RB).

If Stan is planning to liquidate this business, I guess it could fetch $9 -$12 per share. This, using a simple 1xSales of about $150 million on the retail/wood side for the current year, pro forma.

Further (while we're dreaming), I would assume he'd be looking to sell Golfday too, which could fetch another $5 to $7 per share.

At $14 - $19, this would be a nice deal for Stan and the rest of us long suffering shareholders.
