I've noticed manipulation in this one for several weeks now. I'm wondering if someone wants to keep this down until we get on NASDAQ.
If it runs too high we may get a selloff. I think they want to show a steadily rising chart & not a huge spike which may scare investors off if they feel it's too late. My opinion anyway
