Barton Biggs on CNBC said that if the rate is increased by 25basis points next week,market will hiccup for a few hours and then shake off and up it will go. Interviewer said,(not! verbatim)--your a bear,have you changed? Barton replied this is the Bull market's Last Hurrah.
