Juan, I don't know how to evaluate the gmgc & onstar deal. I guess it depends on the terms of the contract that fonix has with GMGC. I think that fonix wins when gmgc succeeds. I guess I don't see that fonix competes in the same space as GMGC. One more thought - I think it is nice that someone is willing to pay $20 million to GMGC. It kind of reinforces the belief that VSR that works is worth something. There are some who would have you believe that VSR is a commodity. Marc
