LOL Joanie. Just make sure when you get your daughter hooked-up with that laptop, you log on to SI and then to this thread (with your home PC), and when you're on the thread, hold the Laptop within 3" of the screen. We'll get some good ju-ju (or should that be "jo-jo") init right quick! You're really doing the smart thing with your battle to find cableless-wireless-Internet-interoperability. You're the one paying the bill...make sure they have it up and running prior to writing the check. Sounds right to me! And I wouldn't give them my business either if they put me on ignore when they said they would call. Hopefully, you'll find someone that will get this right for you...perhaps a recon mission down to mid-Manhattan (via Wall Street) might help ya! <gg> Lemme know what happens! -XJO@undercoverOPS.
