Volt, I agree with your Psych. dynamics and hope your are right in your forecast. I have been close to Q since before the IPO and now close to a 4xquillionare. Almost 90% of my holdings are in Q. Don't know how to spell diversification since I found Q. Fortunately, all but 2000 shares are in my SEP. If I was more than a few months away from retiring at 59, I would be holding for at least a 5 year period, but I will probably take some off the table for retirement income. Now I have a serious question for the board to consider.

IMO, there are three things that could drastically affect Q on the downside:

1) World wide recession (Don't see that happening)
2) New and better technology (Don't see that happening)
3) Top Management

It's item three that I am concerned about. To wit, Dr. J is becoming a byword, synonymous with Bill. The management team has the complete confidence of this board and he is the darling of Tech. This is exactly my concern. If for any reason, Dr. J is no longer capable of guiding the company (i.e. health or heaven forbid worse) how would this affect the future of Q??? Vertibi and Antonio, are a force as I am sure others are--but, is the team that would be left capable of pushing the train at the same speed??????? Similarly, what would be the effect of losing either Vertibi or Antonio or others??? I assume that Q has a policy of no more than two executives flying on the same plane at the same time.

All responses appreciated.
