in contradiction to what it says on the SCSI BIOS screen, it says "the motherboard is always terminated".

I've yet to check my manual but will certainly do so.

and the combined cable length is reasonable

That was the next issue I was going to inquire about. I'm looking at about 5' from the back of the case to the Jaz plus another 5' in the case for loop up to the CD then back down to the mobo, thats alot of interior ribbon isn't it. Total of 10' sound like too much. Am I correct? That interior loop eats up alot.
