I contacted Oilex on April 4th and asked them how the sale
of ORSI would affect Oilex; and also, asked them about
their 1996 audit and NASDAQ. I thought everyone would be
interested in their response.

Thanks for the letter of support.

As it relates to your question regarding ORSI, the new ORSI is public.
n days, we have heard at $5.00 per share or better. OLEX owns 20% of
the combined entities. ORSI in the public deal will receive
a nice infusion of cash to beef up their manufacturing facilities.
OLEX prior to the year end will probably increase its order to 20
or more units. The 20% OLEX owns of ORSI will reflect very favorably
on our balance sheet.

We are currently conducting our 1996 year end audit.
After completion we will be moving to NASDAQ as quickly as possible.
