Lamont, I agree. It means that 80,000 shares were available at this slowly drifting, lower price... period. I said I didn't expect any activity until after Nov 12th and that included not seeing a price drop! Oh well, sellers will be sellers. Here is what we can expect. There is no change in the management's plans. They are executing as is best for success (and eventual shareholder value). The options should be approved by or about Nov 12th. Who knows for sure about those guys. National will be joined by other MMs in another week after that. Some time in this time frame I expect Sideware to start spending the $5 million Sideware said they had put aside for the advertising. Until these things happen it is just us chickens at home. And some of us chickens will continue to sell in a buyers market. Guess its time for me to buy some more... Kris
