I watch this like a hawk and have no complaints so far. As for keeping records, CyberX has
a drag-and-drop to Excel feature that's nice. At the end of the day, just hold down the ALT
key and click on the Account Manager pane at bottom. Then, drag and drop the whole data block
onto a blank Excel worksheet. I keep daily trade records that way. The next day, go to
Penson's Web site at clients.penson.com and email yourself a P&L report for the
previous day. I find I have to keep up my record keeping every day or I get hopelessly
behind. It's a pain, but necessary.
