There has to be good news out there, IMO, but I think we just got a quick once over by traders and momentum players, who are probably already somewhere else now - look at the volume pattern today. I wouldn't worry. We will get hit lots more times over the next year or so. and maybe again real soon when/if this news surfaces. At any rate, if we have a successful IPO of OA, the stock will have to rise to roughly reflect the market value of MRVC's OA holdings. How could MRVC have a $740 million market cap if they hold stock in a company that alone is likely to be worth more than that in the market? Higher earnings will come too. I just wish they would get this IPO done soon.
