Jens I don't quite understand how you determine that Lifeone is on firm ground justice wise. They just lost a key battle not to have to escrow unrestricted shares in the arbitration case and RICO is still put off into next year. The fact that they interpleaded the shares simply means that was the only way they could find to comply with the court order while violating SEC and Maryland Insurance laws.IMO
