TVGIA isn't getting the respect is deserves from SI members. I guess it's considered the poor sister to GMST and is selling at a substantial discount--8-10 percent--to GMST. It will narrow as the merger moves closer to fruition. Assume one reason is a potential concern that the merger will collapse or that the trust-busters will take a dim view of it. In an event, it has been a nice run and judging from today's action after GMST's good Q and CC, there's much more to come.
