Need some help here.

Is anyone familiar with a device that allows you to
receive phone calls while you are online.

I received an email solicitation from "PeakSoft and Xoom.com"
You plug the device into your phone, modem and jack, turn it on -- and
you can answer your phone, and callers won't get a busy signal
all while you surf the Net!

Anyone familiar with this product called I-Ring or some similar product. Is it any good?
