I think that an agreement to cease and desist from certain business practices is more likely than any major restructuring. It is also easier to obtain and to enforce, and regardless of whatever ruling is issued on the antitrust violations, an agreement on business practices would probably reduce the likelihood of individual lawsuits pursued by various companies, states, or even foreign countries.
