Still a big divergerence between NSIL and FIBR. Good sign at the 10:00 period. MM stepped it down to 12 1/4 and immediately were hit with buy orders. Four buys at the ask in last 5 minutes. Figure the moving average low was ~1:10.

Low institutional investor as of 9/30/99, but look who's here per Vickers.
1 AMERICAN EXPRESS FINANCIAL CORP 09/30/99 150,000 shares
2 PROVIDENT INVESTMENT ADVISORS, INC. 09/30/99 85,500 shares

As PiperJ said in their 10/11/99 report. "NSIL is the leading provider of embedded solutions." A month old report but worth reading again. Now Sony-Sun want a piece. I doubt NSIL is involved this deal rather that someone realized that this is next hot area. NSIL has the head start, they do not.

Remember this the fifth straight day of declining volume. Not much selling. Earnings probable on the 23rd. Rising volume equal rising prices unless profit taking occurs. 5M float. Easy to hop all over especially this Friday, the 15th, 19th, 22nd, and 23rd. Hope you have the stomach for it. Institutions are waiting for a sign of a good earning report. When they buy 65% on an up day before earning, NSIL will probably have a stellar report. This is lull before the storm.

Do you buy now when cheap?
Wait for a good report? Price will be higher of course.
Wait for a bad report? Not likely, but you wouldn't buy anyway.

My original investment is solid and profit taking hasn't occurred. I want to see NSIL meet earnings or better. This is their moment to shine.
Jack
