The latest rumor on Yahoo has Blue Cross(BCBS) as the secret merger
(or what ever its called). A national site to buy BCBS.
But isn't that going to happen anyway ?
Wellpoint is in the process of buying some BCBS's namely BCBS in
Georgia plus I believe the one in California.

Today Allstate announced layoffs because they would not need as
many people because of the plans for internet business.
