My chart indicates OTC BB stocks are $14.95 regardless of price or number of shares. Don't be surprised though if you ask for some huge number of shares they point to some fine print restricting the number of shares. Yes you can trade online yourself. The "trading pit" says "price in fractions" which leads me to conclude that they don't trade in decimals. I have never traded a penny stock with Web Street.
