Dave, I think most people are just as amazed as you. My guess is that we are caught in a catch-22 - the street thinks the deal won't go through because of the stock price drop(s), and the stock won't go up until the street gets confidence in the deal going through. So, until PASW and RATL do something to convince everyone that it's (as good as) a done deal, here it sits. But then, I'm just trying to rationalize (not a pun) a flakey situation - your mileage may vary.
