Please explain why Valentine would have agreed to pay $10 per share for restricted stock in NPTK at a time when it was trading in the $5 to $6 range? When this type of transaction occurs, it is usually a warning sign to investors that something is not quite right. Those with deep pockets negotiate a discount to market. Recent examples of private placements done above market would include HITT and LVEN. They rarely complete. Has NPTK rec'd the funds? What is your relationship to NPTK? Are you paid in any manner by the company to promote their story? Are you involved in one or more of the private companies being vended in? Any connection to Don Carson? How did you know that Willow Holdings Inc. is not related to Willow Systems Inc.? When can we expect to see financials?
