The block trades are short covering by the MM's! Since they know after a certain point that new shares are going to hit, they will short until the price hits bottom and then just cover with what the funds/tutes/insiders are selling. I think it might be a great price to buy in here since a lot of the small crack pots will find it hard to cover and once the mm's get their shares they will run it up again after tax loss selling is over..
