Aloha Kris, Where I think we are at the present time is what I'll call an "advanced proof-of-concept" stage. We have demonstrated that DR BEAN works on all IBM platforms, and have announced integration efforts with IBM's S390 platform, and made a few sales. However, SYD is being guided by SUN, Oracle IBM to name a few, and obviously Version 3.0 was created based upon user requirements. As I understand it, Version 3.0 will be "officially" ready for shipment the middle of this month and I suspect the SYD techies are feverishly working out some bugs that their in-house tests both as SYD, Oracle and IBM have identified. Once everything is ready to go, IMHO, this baby will ignite. We certainly don't want to initiate a major marketing campaign too soon and have a "Hearshy" mess on our hands, or worse. Also, as Owen has pointed out, SYD needs to be capable of meeting market demand as well as providing their own CSR. We also need to expand on positive press so taking a little extra time to make sure things are "A-OK" should give added assurance that this will be the case. Anyone else feel the same way?? Makamai
