If you want to lose money on OTC:BB stocks, then use Web Street!! I have had nothing but headaches with them for the past two months and am just holding off to see if their upgrade to the DS3 line will remove the bottlenecks in their system.

The problem is when you enter a trade and want to cancel the order or make a change in price, the confirmation NEVER comes back. Calling customer service is equally frustrating because they acknowledge that they have major problems and basically throw their hands in the air as well when you ask them why the changed or cancelled order hasn't appeared on my screen yet. In their office, they can't even see my order confirmed!!

They advertise on CNN's Nightly Business Report that they have realtime updating account balances and yet I don't get my account balance updated until the beginning of the NEXT business day. As I've told anyone who's dared to ask me about my satisfaction, "I'm using Web Street like any full service broker in that I have to call long distance (at my expense since I am outside of the US), manually place my order and then wait on the line for a confirmation or else call back again (also at my own expense) for the confirmation!

Hope this disuades you from trading with them.
