Cindy,

I have gone back and read all the posts on this subject. I follow stocks having patented technology. I have a few questions for you. My concern is that a competitor will be able to avoid infringing the patent while still competing.

The first patent MLSC received claimed a method for the treatment of antigen related infections of either cardiomyopathy and multiple sclerosis. Is this patent being commercialized? Also, the claims are limited specific ranges. For example, to using a 0.25 to 0.50% saline solution and .... produce between 100 to 300 ppm of chloride ions. What is the effect on the sterilization of going outside this range? Any ideas?

The other patent (a more recent patent) is direcetd to electrolyzing fluids. Again, the claims are limited to specifc ranges. For example, the fluid musy have a saline concentration of at least about 0.15%. Also, the anodes must be platinum, titanium, or niobium, and concentrically cylindrical shape, separated by no more than one-half inch, wiht less than 30 volts applied to them. Will the process work if one of these limitations is not met?

Looking before I leap..
