Dave, You are right that the disparity between RATL and PASW is amazing. With no indication that the deal won't go through, I think it makes PASW an incredible buy at these prices. If you buy PASW it is the equivalent of getting RATL at about 9. That is a hefty discount considering RATL currently at $14.375. The premium to conversion is over 60%. Unless the deal unravels or RATL tanks, buying PASW at these prices looks like a no-brainer. Baird
