My pick for Thursday is ADVA (but the credit goes to Mr Metals). Closed at .205 X .22. Merger with Loomco International is going to make this one bigger than HUGE. Here is portion from recent 10K and a good article about Loomco:

16. Subsequent Events
In October 1999, BIOTEL, Inc. entered into discussions with Loomco
International, Inc. and others regarding the possibility of BIOTEL, Inc.
selling its 3,300,000 common stock shares of the Registrant [ADVA]. All of the
