gpowell, as i understand athm's 10-K, the streaming video limitations are between athm and the mso's and prohibit athm from offering video content exceeding 10 mins. quoted from athm's 10-k via your post: "Therefore, we may never have access to the cable infrastructures of our principal cable partners for excluded services, and we must negotiate a separate agreement, including a new revenue split, if applicable, with each of the principal cable partners for each excluded service that we seek to provide over their cable infrastructures." * notice the 'we seek to provide.' athm is providing metv.com's video stream, metv.com is. the bottom line is that athm or any of its mso partners cannot prohibit their customers from accessing video streaming content over the web. re. the metv.com site: work will never be the same! -tom
