Probably AMD. Intel already said that DDR won't be supported until at least 12 months from now.

Oh, wait, you meant any chipset supporting Pentium III and DDR, not just Intel's own chipsets, right? If that's the case, then the question is still up in the air. No one knows when Micron's new DDR north bridge will be incorporated into some chipset. I'm not even sure Micron wants to manufacture the chipset themselves. And then there's the question about motherboards, etc.

I'll take a wild guess and say that a DDR chipset supporting Pentium III will be out by June 2000. (RCC doesn't count, since they're server guys.)
