good afternoon all

Today - Broad Capital spokesperson told me they have been selected to do the private placement for the next phase of SCNG expansion and marketing efforts - and that they expect to finalize within the next two weeks.

When asked re: competing offers to loan SCNG $$$ this time - I was told only that they heard there was others lined up to offer money. I was told several weeks ago by the same person - that they felt Broad had the inside track - but that there were reasons to get other proposals??? Who knows. Delle Donne told me there were many offers.

There was no comment about the size of the placement - but I am guessing if the same folks are loaning this new money - that it reflects more positively on the issue plaguing us of late - the filing delay and its suggested relationship to the convertible notes. If true it also bodes well for insiders' (financial lending community) knowledge on the outlook for SCNG and Sedona Geo projects. As I mentioned before - Mr. Delle Donne was direct in his detailing of where Sedona and TRC and Scanner divisions needed to spend - and how much they would likely need - It was definitely over 10 million for the next year - as I recall - and maybe more. It did not seem - however - a case of spend all or die - A big part of the expenditure was for map and data inventory for resale as I recall - and to a lesser extent - technology commercialization. Both were necessary - but could be partially accomplished. I think.

No comment on whether or not Broad is a reputable institution - any suggestion otherwise has only come to me from a small securities dealer in the midwest - and I really have no cause to suspect either way on this issue - nor would I know if it really mattered to Sedona in the long run.
