Uncle Franq said: There is one other Q&G portfolio on this thread; I'll let him identify himself if he chooses to do so.
Frank, You talking about me? (Said like Robert DeNiro, in "Taxidriver").
My portfolio has gradually shifted in the last 6 months to more and more gorillas, including a couple of decided oldsters. But, these gorillas represent more like a dozen stocks than just two. I find it hard to part with such successful oldtimers as INTC, CSCO, AMAT, ORCL, as well as QCOM of course. (It's hard to undo years of Portfolio Theory training with just one FM! :o)).
BTW, have you noticed how all of these gorillas have superior management that has the vision to see their positions accurately, and take advantage of them? Have we jumped the gun with GMST? I don't think so. Mr. Yuen has shown a gift for understanding the opportunity, and executing upon it.
