I have had this problem for AT LEAST 3 months now. I have a CASH account and my account balance had been automatically updating in realtime after I made a trade.

I now find myself in the position of the account balance not updating at all - sometimes for 2-3 days! This means that ALL my trades become MANUAL ones in that I have to call in to:

1. Find out if my trade has executed because their confirmations are so slow
2. After the trade has executed, to find out what my updated balance is since it is NOT showing on my screen in REALTIME. Most of the time, this is even a more frustrating experience because the person at the other end of the phone cannot answer my question because he/she can't see the updated information on his/her machine either!!
3. A call the following morning to confirm whether the balance I see on my screen is correct.

All in all, this is a 100% MANUAL trade experience totally unlike what it was during my first months at Web Street. Hopefully, someone at WS reads this thread and can "fix" my problems though I have been promised many times before!
