there would be news about the shares issued to cover , so far no news is good news,but it also is in there favour to keep the price low to get more shares, and then sell them into the market. but I'am sure you have done the math,let see if I'am close $1.5 mil / .15 = 10 mil additional shares , well close enough seeing they can issue upto 20 mil common and 10 mil preferred shares. what did you come up with , at the BR maybe this is one thing they should try walking away from the Convertible debenture. we shall soon learn on or about Dec 13 anyway what there plans are. looking to hear your opinion about this.
