AV -- First we need a plan. Then we need to know what the finished product will be. Therefore, a massive brainstorm is needed before anything else is done. Considering how narrow I have been by devoting all energies to the research and the newsletter, I am probably the last person to drive the other portions since I have no idea what it should look like. So, brainstorming, a plan, and then a decision if it all makes sense. It wouldn't hurt to have a lawyer or two figure out what it would take to create an entity.<GGG> AV
