Hi Bob:
Two general remarks that might be relayed to the yahoo thread(I have a
cookie blocker and cannot access if anyone would do this).
1. Volume on nasd is double counted. When two 125,000 share blocks go
through it is likely the cross. If I sell 100 rzym it is sold to a m/m who in turn sells
to the buyer as 100 rzym for a total count of 200 altho only 100'real'shares were
traded.
2. As of 4/22/99 notice of annual meeting to shareholders pg 4: as of 4/13/99
there were 9,185,856 shares outstanding held of record by 146 shareholders(of
course would include street name) as follows.
Schering Berlin Venture Corp..............................................2,034,765

Chiron Corp.................................................................................1,063,868

International Biotechnology Trust plc.................................1,012,633

Executive officers and Directors as a group........................983,000

About 50% accounted for leaving a float of 4.5mil. Long rzym for 2 yrs
