I agree - some additional thoughts:

NMO have recently obtained the exclusive distribution rights for their brand of beer (in China). I believe they had significantly less than 50% of the distribution before this agreement. This new agreement could mean extra income for royalties, or possibly a different structuring/change in the competition (from the same brand) which may be good.

I think NMO are relying on the contribution of the Northern Breweries for short term growth. Due to the lack of monitoring, I doubt that the Northern Breweries will contribute much initially, but as time goes by I think they will become more efficient. But this is all speculation on my part, and only time will tell.

The possibility of China devaluing their currency is "hanging-over" NMO. China had denied that this will take place, but then again, so did Thailand up to the day they devalued. Only time will tell here as well.

There was a report of insider buying sometime back. I wonder if that is still true today?
