Marubeni, AboveNet to set up online commerce JV TOKYO, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Japanese trading house Marubeni Corp said on Thursday that it and AboveNet Communications Inc (NasdaqNM:MFNX - news) would set up a joint venture in Japan this month to manage other companies' electronic commerce Web sites. The new firm, AboveNet Japan KK, which will be capitalised at one billion yen, will be 50 percent owned by Marubeni, 40 percent by AboveNet Communications and 10 percent by Trans Cosmos Inc . The new firm, which will set up a data centre to run the Web sites next April, is aiming for annual sales of five billion yen in 2001/02
