I believe the drillers are Bradley Brothers drilling. My understanding is that there is a long relationship with Earnie and hence the "deal".

I suspect that payment will come in the form of a flow through share issue with most of the work at selling dependant on the prelim's of this work.

I spoke with someone at MLSM and commented that IMO the tax shelter market is more competitive. Specifically, the film deals out there are soaking up a great deal of cash. As well there are some gas deals that looked good. He conceeded the traffic was busy, but we agreed that there was a lot of cash out there and that these flow throughs are at least a tax shelter sanctioned by Revenue. They are not too late IMO to hit the tax shelter season, everyone waits to the last minute, myself included!
