Prior to the November 30,
1999 demonstration, C3D will be represented at the Head/Media and Comdex conferences
Las Vegas on November 13-14 . The Comdex press conference will be located at the C3D,
Inc.'s Suite at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Demo pushed out to Nov. 30:
The demonstration, which follows the Company's
successful debut in Tel Aviv, Israel on October 4, 1999 will be made to industry leaders and
media representatives on November 30 , 1999 at The Fairmont Hotel, San Jose, California,
from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
