John: People in Iceland must wonder about our politics and how we attack our own champions. The DOJ is no doubt aware of the points you make but that does not serve their ends. They are out for control and thankfully they will be truncated in this attempt by either the higher courts or the change in administration. Your points are sound but unfortunately they were not the topics that Jackson's Court wanted to address or listen to. They were concerned about the grafitti on the MSFT bathroom walls and intra MSFT memos and what might have or could happen. JFD
